A lot of things have changed in the 13+ years that PM Spirits has been in existence. One thing that remains the same, however, is our constant search for things that taste good.
With that as the driving force behind our every move, we’re frequently on the receiving end of “hey, you should taste this” messages from friends, producers, importers, etc. This full strength batch of mezcal is the result of one such message, from our colleague Jason Paul Cox of Cinco Sentidos and Alambique Serrano. A powerful, full-throated batch distilled from Espadín was available from Rene Parada Barriga, a producer that Jason occasionally works with, and he felt like it had our name written all over it.
Drink more espadín.
