History of PM Spirits

Raised amidst the vineyards of Bordeaux, Nicolas Palazzi's early introduction to spirits and Cognac cellars came through a cherished family friend of his grandfather, known to us as "Mr. X".

Hailing from the heart of the Cognac region in France, Mr. X's lineage began the art of distilling over a century ago. Spotting a budding passion for artisanal Cognac in Nicolas, this enigmatic figure unveiled the secrets and connections of the often-guarded world of boutique spirits and Cognac. This mentorship paved the way for the birth of PM Spirits, with Nicolas meticulously sourcing, aging, and blending these rare casks, leading to exclusive limited-series bottlings in the USA.

Over the years, PM Spirits' dedication to handcrafted spirits has expanded, enriching its portfolio with other artisanal distillates and liqueurs, including some of the very best artisanal Cognacs, Armagnacs and Calvados producers of France, exquisite Eau-de-vies, boutique Rhums, Tequilas, Absinthe, Destilados and Mezcals, showcasing their genuine commitment to the world of small-batch spirits.
